Registration Information 2012-13

It is time to register your student for BVMS 2012-13 school year. Please follow these instructions:

1. Click on registration forms (located on the left hand side of the webpage). Then click on 2012-13 Registration Info. Here you will find all the forms and information needed to register your student.
2. Please print and complete the following forms:
   1. Registration Fee Sheet
   2. CAN (Cardinal Activity Night) Permission Form
   3. PTO Membership Form: if you are interested in joining PTO
3. You may pay your fees online by clicking on the link. To pay online you will need your parent online username & password or your student’s id number. Make sure you print a receipt. You can also pay by check. If you are unable to pay all of your child's fees now, please pay at least a portion so that we can get an accurate student count for staffing purposes.

Return these forms along with payment or proof of online payment to the BVMS office by June 1st.
